1. Data controller
The data controller is Walltech Group OÜ, incorporated in Estonia. Privacy requests may be sent to info@walltechgroup.eu.
2. Data processed
Walltech may process identification, professional and contact data voluntarily provided by users, together with information required to assess a request or organise an operational discussion. Technical navigation, security, booking and correlation data may also be processed where necessary.
3. Collection methods
Data may be collected through email, WhatsApp, contact forms, the Walltech Preliminary Analysis, Calendly routing and booking, Google Meet, direct communications and CookieYes preferences.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Processing may be based on pre-contractual steps requested by the user, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests relating to security and protection of rights, and consent where required for non-essential cookies or promotional communications.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and necessary providers, including Aruba, CookieYes, Calendly, Google Workspace/Google Meet, Walltech application infrastructure and, where used in the relevant flow, HubSpot and professional partners involved in the request.
6. International transfers
Where providers process data outside the EEA, transfers are carried out under an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard permitted by the GDPR.
7. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, applicable legal obligations, defence requirements or the management of the professional relationship. Preliminary requests are generally retained no longer than 24 months from the last interaction unless another lawful basis applies.
8. Rights
Data subjects may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent where applicable. Complaints may be lodged with the competent supervisory authority; for Walltech Group OÜ, the relevant authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
9. Automated decisions
The site does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. The Preliminary Analysis may organise information and support routing, but does not replace human assessment.

11. Updates
This policy may be updated when services, providers, collection tools or legal requirements change.
